I was pleased with Dalkeith Ford Centre and would recommend them because very easy to deal with and easy to understand,they more or less done everything,only thing was disappointed in was I wasent offered a coffee,apart from that first class dealership.
Dalkeith Ford Centre were helpful because I have previously bought a car from this dealership from Declan. Declan is very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and personable. He has outstanding communication skills and always kept me informed and updated. He is very trustworthy, honest and has an excellent no pressure sales approach. I would highly recommend this dealership but especially Declan and have to friends and family. Overall an outstanding service from start to finish.
The experience at Dalkeith Ford Centre was fantastic because of Sam from start to finish me and my wife got on with him nothing was a problem all questions anwsered made us tea and had a chat with us just a good guy. we would go back and deal with him again no problem.
The staff at Dalkeith Ford Centre were good because Caelan was very helpful the way he explained everything to us . Explained everything about hire purchase said i wanted to pay cash for the car no trouble at all. Very helpful salesman explained everything that was asked of him .Thank you.
